LIVECAST.PRO Privacy Policy
Version privacy-2026-09-12. Effective Date: September 12, 2026. This version replaces the Privacy Policy dated June 1, 2023.
Livecast.pro is operated by PROFIGROUP LLC, UBI 605 297 917, 600 1st Avenue, Ste 102 PMB 2397, Seattle, WA 98104, United States ("Livecast"). What we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
1.1 Account and purchases. Your email address, a password stored only as a hash, and any name, phone or picture you add. When you buy: the email and any phone number you give at checkout, and a record of the purchase — what, from whom, how much, when, and the access code issued. Your card number never reaches us.
1.2 Sellers. The Stripe account identifier you connected, its country, and what Stripe still wants from you. We read your Stripe balance to show it to you. Bank details and identity documents go to Stripe.
1.3 Agreement records. When you agree to our documents — sellers do before we create a Stripe account for them — we store your account, which documents and which version of each, the date and time, the IP address it came from, the country and city that address resolves to, and your browser's user agent. It is the evidence the agreement was given, and it is kept for the period in 4.3. Country and city are estimated from the IP address against a local MaxMind GeoLite2 copy, so they are a guess, often wrong behind a VPN; the record stores which method produced them.
1.4 Technical. Servers log requests: IP address, time, what was requested, user agent. Views and watch time are counted per stream with the country and city of 1.3 and a session identifier, carrying no name or email. One cookie records the campaign a visitor arrived from; Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA receive information about your visit.
2. What we use it for
Running the platform and your account, taking payment and delivering access, writing to you about your account and purchases, keeping records of sales, fees and agreements, detecting fraud, and meeting legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioural advertising, and you can opt out of promotional email at any time.
3. Who else sees it
3.1 Stripe, which processes payments — for a seller's sale, on the seller's own account — and holds the card details and the seller's identity documents as its own controller.
3.2 The seller you bought from, who is shown the email address you bought with, because the seller is the merchant of record. What they do with it is theirs to answer for.
3.3 Providers who send our email and SMS, host the platform and deliver video, and the services in 1.4; authorities on a lawful request; a buyer of the business if Livecast is sold.
4. How long we keep it
4.1 Account information: while your account exists and a short period after. Server logs: a short period, for security.
4.2 Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
4.3 Agreement records: while you have an account, and six years after the later of closing it and your last sale or purchase — the period in which a claim about it can generally be brought.
5. Your rights
5.1 In the EEA and the UK you may ask for a copy of your personal information, its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to its use, and complain to your data protection authority. California and similar US states give comparable rights.
5.2 We will correct an agreement record that is wrong, but will normally refuse to delete one while 4.3 runs.
5.3 Write to info@profigroup.llc; we may check who you are first.
6. Holding, children, security, changes
6.1 Livecast is a United States company and its servers are in Europe; transfers out of the EEA or the UK rely on the standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.
6.2 The Services are not directed to children under 13; tell us if you believe we hold a child's information and we will delete it.
6.3 Card details never reach our systems, passwords are stored only as hashes, the site runs over HTTPS, and access to platform data is limited to those who need it.
6.4 New versions are posted here with a new version identifier and effective date.
