This Video On Demand Viewer Agreement is an integral part of Livecast Terms of Service and pertains to the watch and acquisition of content.

Title by Title Viewing

1.1 You have the option to purchase videos on a per-title basis, either through a "rent" or "buy" arrangement, for a one-time fee (shown at the point of purchase), plus any applicable taxes.

1.2 By choosing to "rent" a video, you gain the right to stream it an unlimited number of times during the specified rental period (indicated at the time of purchase).

1.3 In case of a "buy" option, you will have the right to watch the video an unlimited number of times for as long as it remains available on our servers. If permitted by the seller, you may also download the video file and retain a single copy for personal use.

Subscriptions

2.1 Premium subscriptions to video channels can be purchased for a recurring fee (displayed at the time of purchase). Once the initial fee is paid, you can watch the available videos within that channel throughout your subscription period.

2.2 Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your initial subscription period (e.g., monthly or annually) until you opt to cancel automatic renewal. The subscription fee (plus any relevant taxes) will be charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each renewal period. You have the option to adjust your settings and cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Viewing Restrictions

You may watch videos you have acquired (via "rent," "buy," or subscription) strictly for personal viewing purposes. However, you are not allowed to: (a) transmit or distribute any video through any means; (b) publicly exhibit any video; (c) resell views of any video; or (d) grant others access to your Livecast account for the purpose of watching videos. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Livecast and each seller.

Content Availability

4.1 Videos are provided on an "as-available" basis. Livecast does not guarantee that any particular video will remain available for streaming or download after purchase. If, for any reason, a video becomes unavailable, Livecast may, without penalty, remove or reduce the time available to stream that video.

4.2 The availability of videos in different formats (e.g., SD, HD, 4K, etc.) depends on your device and Internet connection bandwidth, influencing your ability to stream a video in a specific format.

4.3 Certain videos may not be accessible for viewing on all devices or in all territories.

4.4 Titles are exclusively available to purchasers through their Livecast account. To stream purchased videos, you must maintain your account in good standing. If your account is deleted, you will lose the ability to watch purchased videos. Under no circumstances will viewing privileges be transferred to other accounts or platforms.

Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods or unwatched videos. However, Livecast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds in circumstances where it deems them appropriate.
