LIVECAST.PRO Viewer Agreement
Version odva-2026-09-12. Effective Date: September 12, 2026. This version replaces the Viewer Agreement dated September 11, 2026.
This agreement is part of the Livecast Terms of Service and covers buying and watching content on Livecast.pro.
1. Who you buy from
1.1 Content here is sold by independent sellers. When you buy access, or send a donation, your contract is with that seller, not with Livecast. The payment is created on the seller's own payment account, and the seller's name is what appears on your card statement and your receipt.
1.2 Livecast.pro is operated by PROFIGROUP LLC, UBI 605 297 917, 600 1st Avenue, Ste 102 PMB 2397, Seattle, WA 98104, United States. It provides the platform and runs the checkout for the seller; it does not sell the content and does not receive what you pay for it; its fee is paid by the seller.
2. What you get
2.1 You buy access to one specific stream, video or playlist for a one-time price, shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions and nothing charges you again.
2.2 Access is an access code, sent to the email address you give at checkout, and by SMS if you give a phone number. You need no Livecast account to buy or to watch, so give an address you can read.
2.3 The code is yours alone. Do not share or publish it; sharing can stop it working for you. Keep it — it is what your access is.
2.4 Access lasts while the content remains on Livecast. The seller may remove it, and content may also be removed after the seller's plan ends.
2.5 A donation is voluntary. It buys nothing and is not refundable except where the law requires.
3. Price
3.1 Your total is the seller's listed price plus 2.9% of it and $0.30 towards payment processing, shown before you confirm. Checkout is in US dollars; if your card is in another currency your bank converts it and may charge for that.
3.2 Livecast adds no tax. Whether tax is added follows the seller's own tax registrations, because the seller is the merchant of record, and any tax is shown before you confirm.
4. Cancelling
4.1 Access begins as soon as your payment succeeds.
4.2 As a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a country with similar rules you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. What is sold here is digital content supplied on no tangible medium, and under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU that right does not apply once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. By confirming the purchase you ask for access at once and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for it. This holds because each purchase is one specific item; it would not hold for a subscription, and Livecast sells viewers none.
4.3 None of this affects your rights if nothing was delivered, if it was not as described, or if the seller cancelled the event.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund terms are set by the seller and shown before you pay. Refund requests go to the seller, who decides them.
5.2 A refund is made from the seller's own account and reaches you the way you paid. A full refund cancels your access — the code stops working. A partial refund leaves it in place.
5.3 Livecast steps in only where nothing was delivered, where the law requires it, or where fraud is established. If you cannot reach the seller, write to info@profigroup.llc and Livecast will pass your request on.
6. Using it, and availability
6.1 What you bought is for your own viewing. Do not retransmit or distribute it, show it publicly, or pass your code to other people.
6.2 Content is delivered as available; a live event depends on the seller's own connection and equipment, which Livecast does not control. If a seller removes content before you had the access you paid for, tell Livecast and it will contact the seller about a refund.
About a purchase, contact the seller named on your receipt. About the platform: info@profigroup.llc
